RETURN POLICY
Our return policy for physical products made online with us is very simple: if you are not happy with your product in any way, we will replace it or refund your purchase.
Please use the Contact Us tab to email us with proof of purchase details (your invoice number), and the reason you are dissatisfied.
We may request you to return unused product before processing a refund or replacement.
Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist - and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.
OUR PRODUCTS
The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
All sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site have a 5% tolerance.
The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.
All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if made.
NATURAL VARIATION IN BOTANICAL SEASONS PRODUCTS
Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because we use only the finest natural ingredients we can source and make our products in small batches to ensure freshness, you may notice minor changes to the scent and texture of our products between orders. These are due to seasonal and other fluctuations in our ingredients and the production style of the individual maker. You can take these as sure signs of our commitment to natural and freshly made products.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Orders are processed within 1-5 working days of receiving them. However, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day.
RATES
Domestic Orders:
We use couriers and NZ Post for deliveries.
$9.50 for delivery in NZ (excluding rural and PO Boxes)
Rural Delivery – price on application
Please click the right rate into the shipping field as you go through checkout. We do not add any handling fee or additional charges to these rates.
There is free shipping on NZ orders over $100.00.
We will send you an email to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on postal transit services, natural disasters and other events out of our control.
Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered for your order is absolutely correct. We cannot change the delivery address on the order once it has been dispatched, nor can we be held responsible if you have given us incomplete details.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, Botanical Seasons does not ship internationally.
