BOUQUET DELIVERIES
It is important that we have the correct information for the flower recipient. I will attempt to contact you or the recipient of the flowers to reschedule delivery, otherwise credit may be applied for future Botanical Seasons flowers, a refund will not be offered.
Payment needs to be completed 24 hours before the next scheduled subscription delivery date (deliveries are completed on Fridays). Any payments received on delivery day means the bouquet will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day. This is because I need 24 hours to harvest your flowers and prepare them to look their very best for you to enjoy.
Unfortunately, I am at the mercy of Mother Nature and may at times need to shift the delivery day or time. You will be notified as soon as possible if this occurs.
PICK UP (for bouquet subscription members only)
For special circumstances, pick up at my residence can be arranged for Friday between 3 - 5 pm only. In certain situations another pick up time may be arranged but is to be agreed upon first.
Please respect my pick up hours and be prompt when picking up your bouquet at the agreed day and time.
Communication is the key. If for any reason you are unable to receive or pick-up your delivery, please contact Melanie, Botanical Seasons minimally 48-hours prior so other arrangements can be made for you.
Once the flowers are delivered, Botanical Seasons is no longer responsible for their care and will not provide a refund or replacement unless I am notified within 24-hours, receive the flowers back, and have deemed that somewhere we are responsible for their demise.
Unfortunately, I cannot control the weather, or extreme events, and if I lose a crop and are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be offered or credit applied for future use towards Botanical Seasons flowers.
All sales are final. By purchasing Botanical Seasons products, you are agreeing to my terms.
