Using aromatherapy for emotional support during difficult times can play a positive role in uplifting our spirits and soothing stress, and this is why I decided to create Enchantment.
HOW TO USE:
Perfect to diffuse in the home in an essential oil burner or diffuser to help lift a low mood or when working on a creative project.
*Oil Burner / Diffuser – add 4-8 drops to water in a burner or diffuser, and place in a room beside you.
Tissue – put 1-2 drops on a tissue to carry around with you. Inhale when needing to lighten and feel uplifted.
*Note - always diffuse essential oils intermittently (see how here)
ENCHANTMENT AFFIRMATION:
Take notice of the scent and inhale deeply through the nose. Close your eyes and say the following affirmation out loud or silently ….

Avoid during pregnancy. Do not use essentials oils around children under 3 years old.
Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin or to bathwater.
Do not diffuse continuously. It is best to diffuse essential oils intermittently (see here for more info).
Once opened, store in a cool dark place and use within 12 months.
